Tracking Your Filings
Once you submit a filing, you can track its progress from your dashboard or from the filing detail page.
Filing Status at a Glance
Every filing moves through a series of statuses as it is processed by the court. You can see the current status on your dashboard and on the filing detail page.
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Draft | You started a filing but haven't submitted it yet. It's saved on your Drafts page. |
| Submitted | Your filing has been received by the court and is waiting for clerk review. |
| Under Review | A clerk has picked up your filing and is currently reviewing it. |
| With Judge | The clerk has forwarded your filing to a judge for review or signature. |
| Judge Signed | A judge has reviewed and signed your filing. It will proceed to acceptance. |
| Accepted | The court has accepted your filing and charged any applicable fees. |
| Rejected | The court could not accept your filing. See the rejection reason and resubmit. |
| Partial Accept | Some documents in your filing were accepted and others were rejected. Review the details. |
| Payment Failed | Your filing was accepted but the payment charge failed. Update your card and retry. |
| Recorded | Your filing has been fully recorded in the court's case management system. |
For a detailed explanation of each status, see Filing Statuses Explained.
